Different payers in Virginia require different claim formats. Each one prefers the EVV information to go in to a specific place, which is why CareTime has multiple exports for VA.
The acceptable formats change as payers change their systems. An export that works today, may not be accepted tomorrow. For that reason, the below charts are subject to change.
If you receive a rejection, please email support@caretime.net. In the email include the rejection (typed exactly as shown or a screenshot), the payor, and the export that you used. We will assist you further. Make sure you use the correct chart according to which clearinghouse you use.
