Required Voice Verification is an audit tool for agencies to verify if actual employee is checking in and/or checking out using voice comparison. You can set this at the employee level.
How to Set Up RVV?
Navigate to Employee, then RVV tab.
Select Yes radio button for Enable RVV for this Employee
Select Frequency - how often you would want system to record employee voice during checking ins or checking outs.
When setting up for the first time, skip Reset Initial Recording. From time to time, agencies reset recording so system asks employees to re-record voice.
How to Listen to Original Recording and Compare?
Navigate to Reports on top right
Select RVV Recording
Run report using filters (date being the most common)
You can now listen to the original recording and compare to a recording during actual check ins and check outs
