What happens if the address I am entering is not found?

Caretime uses map and address information available from Google and there are rare occasions where the address is not found. 

The application uses a valid address to determine the time zone of the location so an employee or job cannot be saved without a valid time zone.

If an address you are entering is not found, enter the City and State in the Address Line field and select the matching entry from the list that appears.

Once done, you can save the employee or job.
