Multiple Clock In to the same Job/Consumer

Caretime 2.0 provides agencies the ability to prevent multiple employees from clocking into the same Job during an open shift.  This is a setting that will need to be established for each Job.

Go to Jobs/Consumers menu 

Click on the Edit icon

Click on the Advanced tab

Select radio button NO for Allow Simultaneous Clock-in - see the screenshot below


The Call Log will show as status, Simultaneous Clock-in Restricted.  If you see this status, you will need to take action because the employee was not able to clock in.
