Cannot Find Matching Employee or Job Address?

Even though CareTime uses the Google API for pulling address, it is possible that sometimes you may not see an address in the drop down selection when adding an  employee or a job.  

Go to, and type the address in the search field.

Select the correct address.

Then copy the entire address from the search box and insert in the address field of CareTime app.

You should see a match at this point.
