Clock and Calendar Icon Colors

In Employee the employee module, the following color codes have specific meaning as follows:

Grey Clock - Employee has no record of clock in / clock out activity

Green Clock - Employee has clocked in at least once in the last 28 days

Red Clock - Employee had no clock in activity in the last 28 days


Grey Calendar - Employee has no associated shifts ever 

Green Calendar - Employee had at least one shift associated in the last 28 days

Red Calendar - Employee was not associated with any shift in the last 28 days
