What is it?
ClockOut Safeguard is a setting that agencies can use for each employee as a safeguard if employees forget to clock out.
How to set this?
In Employee, General Tab, select ClockOut Safeguard and enter the hours.
How does this work?
If an employee forgets to clock out, system will clock out employee based on clock in time and adding the number of hours selected for the safeguard. For example, Employee A clocks in at 9 am and forgets to clock out. If safeguard is set to 8 hours, system will clock out employee at 6 pm.
How do I correct this?
Go to Logs and select Edit Timecards. Follow instructions on Edit Timecards.
