Authorized Phone can be found by navigating to Job from left menu, then clicking on the Action pencil and then navigating to the Location Tab.
- This number is used by the system to identify the Job when employee punches employee code
- If there is no authorized phone for a Job, employee MUST enter the job code to successfully clock in or clock out. It is recommended that you do not give out job codes to your employees.
- Multiple authorized numbers can be added for the same job by clicking the + button
